
I don't know why, but for the past few months, I have really been into taking photos at night. I guess part of the reasoning has to do with the different qualities of light. Different street lamps, flood lights, patio lights, etc. all have different hues. With long exposures, I can take a picture of what looks like something in regular, "yellow" light and on camera, the light source looks blue or green or red. I think that's kind of awesome.
Plus, with night photos, I feel you can take photos of people, places, things that you might pass by every day and actually bring out depth that just isn't there in daylight (at least, in some respects). Everything is a little creepier at night.
That's my opinion, anyway.
Ignore the mood that's listed, btw, because the computer I am on is slow to load the emoticons and thus I cannot change it to something less dramatic
